Industry Meetings in Houston

The Houston USMMA Alumni Association will have there monthly meeting on February 5, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. at Brady?s Landing located at 8505 Cypress St. Houston TX 77012. The guest speaker is Captain Joseph Jablonski who wrote a book about his sea experiences. He will have first edition copies available for signing. Captain William Schubert, Administrator of the Maritime Administration will be the Houston USMMA guest speaker on April 1, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. at Brady?s Landing.

Networking:
Houston maritime professionals are urged to attend industry meetings on the second Friday of each month (after work hours). The International signal flag ?K? as a single hoist means that ?I want to communicate.? These meetings are beginning to be known as Kilo Meetings. There is no charge for the meetings and there is a no-host bar. All Kings Point and SUNY alumni are asked to invite a maritime industry member.
