AeroGo Silverback Wheeled Vehicle Moves Up to 40 Tons

AeroGo’s Silverback WV-E40T Wheeled Vehicle is completely self-contained and equipped with industry-leading technology to enable loads up to 40 tons to be moved easily, precisely and safely by one operator. This industrial transporter is designed to allow total flexibility in manufacturing processes and eliminate fixed move paths on factory production lines. The Silverback Wheeled Vehicle is equally suited for direct load or support skid applications. Integrated hydraulic lift actuators safely raise the load mere inches from the floor, and provide self-loading capability, making it possible to share the Wheeled Vehicle with multiple payloads. Unlike cranes, conveyors or rails, Wheeled Vehicles do not require permanent installation in the facility and they can be relocated and utilized in multiple facilities.

The WV-E40T utilizes All Wheel Drive (AWD) and All Wheel Steering (AWS) to provide exceptional maneuverability. The vehicle can even rotate within its own footprint to maximize usable floor space. Precise omni-directional movement, with controlled acceleration and deceleration, allows safe maneuverability through congested areas and tight overhead spaces. It features a user friendly radio remote control, for seamless operator interface with the vehicle, which enables personnel to quickly adapt and utilize the transporter. Two or more units can be linked together and controlled by a single operator to function in tandem mode to provide twice the capacity, or for exceptionally long loads. An on-board system provides recharging capability and extended run time without cords and hoses. Advanced diagnostics are displayed through an intuitive HMI with touch screen LCD to monitor operational characteristics and prompts for scheduled maintenance.
