Craig Johnson Becomes President of Faststream Recruitment Inc.

Craig Johnson, former Vice President of Faststream Recruitment's US business has been promoted to the position of President.

Faststream, who operate globally within the maritime recruitment sector, have seen a period of major growth since the US headquarters launched in 2006 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Within the last year Faststream has seen a 300% rise in turnover throughout North and South America.

Faststream now hold a strong market presence in the global maritime sector and have close ties to many of the markets leading organizations. This success has been assisted by further specialism in other niche maritime markets such as Oil & Gas and Commercial Marine.

Upon his promotion Johnson commented: "It's been a year of huge growth for the business, both in the US and globally. We hope to continue this success throughout 2008 by building even closer relationships with our clients and providing the entire market our leading recruitment service".
