Senior Marketing Manager

Objective

To increase the Company’s market presence. To strengthen to Group’s project management capabilities.

 Goal

Expand Client base portfolio. Within a reasonable timeframe, achieve Manager position of the Company.

Job description

Market the Group’s services to cruise ship operators. Proactively compete for core Clients ongoing dry-dock and in-service requirements. Prepare with support of group Project Managers detailed project proposals. Follow-up with Group Project Managers and keep Client updated on project progress. Support back office Staff on project completion summaries and invoicing. Cooperate closely with Company Manager and office Staff. Oversee material purchases and tools handling. Maintain records of all activities and keep up to date marketing materials. Closely liaise with the Group’s corporate leadership. Proactively participate in the Company’s business planning and budgeting. Promote Group’s quality assurance, continuous improvements and safety programs.

Job requirements
Strong marketing and networking experience, well known within the cruise industry.
Proven experience from project management.
Broad knowledge of ship operations and repairs.
Knowledgeable of cruise industry trends and developments.
Experienced and innovative within MS Office and CRM solutions.
Maintain technical resources within budget and project schedule.
Domestic travel required, some international.
US Citizenship or Green Card required.
