Global Data Systems Appoints Bob Miller as Chief Operating Officer

Global Data Systems, a leading managed service provider, announced today that Bob Miller will join the executive management team as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Miller will lead the company in overseeing the day-to-day operations, including aligning product architecture with business priorities, streamlining processes and executing business strategies. Mr. Miller will nurture Global Data Systems’ high-growth activities and enable the future success of the organization.

With over 30 years of technology leadership experience in both the public and private sector, Mr. Miller brings a unique perspective to his role. From implementing cutting-edge technologies and driving transformational business process changes to developing network service solutions, Mr. Miller’s experience speaks for itself as an all-around asset to the Global Data Systems organization.

Prior to Global Data Systems, Mr. Miller served as the COO of Waitr. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Math. He is also an alumnus of the University of Louisiana at Monroe’s Sigma Nu Fraternity Chapter. As an endless student of Innovation Engineering, he is a firm believer in utilizing proven systems for taking ideas from concept to commercialization. He has helped build successful companies and with that experience, he will make a tremendous impact on the future of Global Data Systems.

Mr. Miller will begin his role on August 1, 2018, located at Global Data Systems Corporate Office.
