One of the founders of the company, Mr. E C Hunter, was a Royal Navy submariner and spent 27 years at sea. Co-founder and current CEO, Dr. Carl Stephen Patrick Hunter is a former Greenjacket Officer in the British Army. Both men co-founded the company when Carl left the military.
