Chris-Marine AB Acquires Monitoring Solutions from LEMAG

Chris-Marine AB today announces its acquisition of monitoring products from German company LEMAG LEHMANN & MICHELS GmbH (LEMAG). The products will complement Chris-Marine’s portfolio of products and services and will further strengthen Chris-Marine’s position as a leading supplier of quality maintenance products and methods for maintenance of combustion engines.

The products that will be integrated in Chris-Marine’s range of products are LEMAG® SPEAT, Shaftpower®, Cylinder Pressure Indicators, Calibration tools and Crankshaft Deflection Indicators.

In connection with the acquisition, Chris-Marine establishes a subsidiary in Germany with key employees from LEMAG. The new Chris-Marine office will be situated at the LEMAG premises in Rellingen close to Hamburg.
