FPSO Voyageur Spirit Update

Reference is made to previous updates regarding the FPSO Voyageur Spirit. We are pleased to announce that "first oil" and production at the Huntington oil and gas field in the Central North Sea has successfully started.

Following a 72 hours continuous production testing, title to the FPSO Voyageur is expected to be transferred to Voyageur LLC (a subsidiary of Teekay Corp) within one week. This will constitute the final step in the restructuring of Sevan Marine and its subsidiaries according to plan. An announcement will be made upon such completion.
