Transpetro Looking to Norway for Partners

Transpetro, the transport and shipping subsidiary of Brazilian energy giant Petrobras currently involved in a $1bn expansion scheme linked to the country’s new energy riches, is eyeing Norway for business partners.

Sérgio Machado, President of Transpetro, underlined the importance of building business relationships with Norway commenting "I believe it is a unique moment for strengthening partnership between Brazil and Norway.” He added “I am delighted to be part of TradeWinds Oslo Shipping Forum and to present new opportunities for those who want to be our partners.”
