VIKAND Appoints Manager of Medical Services

VIKAND is thrilled to announce the addition of Holly M. Love to our team as Manager, Medical Services.

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Love began her career in the fast-paced environment of the emergency room, before joining Holland America Cruise Line as part of their onboard medical team and later in her career as Holland America’s Director of Fleet Medical Operations. Love has spent several years working in leadership positions and customer service management positions in the air ambulance industry, most recently as Director of Operations and Partnership Relations.

With her extensive experience in Medical Management and Operations as well as a strong background in Customer Service leadership, Love is uniquely positioned to bring a wealth of knowledge and capability to her position as Manager, Medical Services, in which she will manage the day to day medical operations and client relationships, as well as ensuring satisfactory communication and service delivery to clients.

Love is joining VIKAND from Santa Rosa, California where she lives with her family and German Shepherd named Murphy. She enjoys playing golf, wine tasting, traveling and spending time with friends in her spare time.
