Terragon Environmental Technologies Inc. along with its partner, Marship Engineering, are pleased to announce that they have gone into contract with Vard Group AS (a Fincantieri company) to supply a MAGS V8 for a new-build polar expedition research vessel for Rosellinis Four-10, a company owned by the Norwegian industrialist Kjell Inge Rokke and his family.

The decision of Vard to opt for MAGS technology is a testament to their leading role to implement innovative technologies that go beyond MARPOL compliance. This vessel will adhere to the highest standards on HSQE and strives for the lowest possible environmental impact, as it will explore environmentally sensitive waters. MAGS will support this endeavor by being the preferred technology onboard for the conversion of various non-recyclable waste streams such as: garbage, sludges and waste oils into energy.
