One of the strongest hurricanes in recorded history made landfall in Panama City, Florida this month, bringing 155 mph sustained winds and gusts much higher that caused extensive damage to the area. Most homes received some kind of damage, and many of our employees have lost everything.  All funds will be directly distributed to the employees.

ESG and its valued partners in the marine industry have aggressively pursued initiatives aimed at helping affected employees through this hard time with food, supplies, water, and other essential goods.  ESG has been approached by many groups interested in making monetary donations specifically aimed at providing assistance to employees hardest hit by this storm.  In order to facilitate this, ESG has created a “Go Fund Me” account.  As a valued customer, subcontract partner, or friend of ESG and its employees, we kindly ask that you strongly consider making a monetary donation to help get our employees and their families back on their feet. The “Go Fund Me” link is at www.easternshipbuilding.com

These donations will go towards providing everything from basic essentials like food and water up to temporary accommodations for employees and their families that have lost their home entirely and have nowhere to go.  Any amount you can give to the cause would be greatly appreciated by the employees and will go a long way towards helping them get back on their feet and rebuild.  We truly appreciate your support and friendship throughout the years.  Thank you and God bless.
