Daspos Opens New Office in the USA

Daspos A/S, a Danish company opened their new Daspos International, Inc. office in the USA.

The Daspos USA office is based in the greater Seattle area to service the Maritime Industry and named Wiel Penders as their designated Executive Vice President Sales and Operations.

The LAS-10 Oil mist and Gas Leakage detection system has gained great attention and momentum throughout the maritime sector in the past two years as a superior Fire Prevention Solution in critical machinery room spaces. Daspos recently received their Type Approval Certificate from Lloyd’s Register for the entire Leakage Alarm System.

“I’m thrilled and excited to take on my new role as Executive Vice President for this Dynamic company”, says Wiel Penders who came from a long-time career in the Cruise Industry and the Dutch Royal Navy.         

Penders worked for 24 years with the Holland America Group and Carnival Corporation where he set the trend for the current Fire Safety Standards throughout the Carnival Corporation Group.

This press release came after a recent announcement whereas Daspos A/S initiated a Global Win-Win Cooperation with Consilium Marine & Safety AB regarding global sales, service and installation of the Daspos Leakage Alarm Systems.
