ABS Approves Cryogenic Spray Foam Insulation for Bunkering Barge

Dongsung Finetec International, Inc (DSFI) is pleased to announce that ABS has granted the approval of Product Design Assessment (PDA) to DSFI for its Spray Foam Insulation.

DSFI notes that its Spray Foam Insulation is designed to improve insulation efficiency, minimize maintenance costs and reduce the application time, thus, DSFI can provide its Spray Foam Insulation service more cost effectively to their clients in North America. 

Based in Houston, Texas, with the parent company, Dongsung Finetec, Inc in Korea, DSFI has accumulated experience in Spray Foam Insulation for small and medium sized LNG, LPG carriers and LNG Fuel tanks. 

The DSFI Spray Foam Insulation system is developed for the insulation of tanks with temperatures down to –261 F.
