VETUS sound insulation is a versatile range of materials especially developed for marine applications. From the entry-level ‘Sonitech light’ up to the high performance ‘Prometech double’ line, these products are designed to meet our customer’s requirements as well as the VETUS quality standards. The products are suitable for both professional and amateur use.

Base materials

Within the VETUS sound insulation range, there are four product lines available. These products are built up from various base materials and sheet thicknesses. All products in this range are liquid tight, fire resistant (up to Class 0) and use the highest quality insulation foams on the market today. All products are presented in the selection table below. Technical specifications of the materials are described in detail in the accompanying brochure, which is available in print as well as on the VETUS website. A sample card is available on request.
