Survitec Acquires Major Player in Norwegian Marine, Offshore Safety Market
Survitec Group Limited, one of the global leaders in critical safety and survival solutions, has today completed the acquisition of Brude Safety AS from the Kopperneas Group, providing three additional service stations in Norway and a new range of products.

Brude Safety has been a servicing and distribution partner of Survitec Group for over 20 years and is a successful provider of complete safety equipment packages to the marine and offshore industries, offering innovative solutions through an international network of distributors.
The acquisition which was completed today for an undisclosed amount, brings 48 employees at three locations in Aalesund, Bergen and Stokmarknes. It provides Survitec Group with an excellent business that is well established in its market place and extremely well respected by its customers.
This forms part of Survitec’s strategy to expand the services element of the business in key ports and locations around the world. In just two years the business has grown from 12 to 50 service stations, including the most recent additions in Miami, Marseille and Le Havre.
