Watch: Warning of Increased Somali Piracy

The BBC has released a video saying there are warnings about a new outbreak of piracy off Somalia's coast, despite an international naval taskforce and British backed efforts to build stability onshore in the Horn of Africa. 

The BBC's Africa correspondent Andrew Harding was one of the first foreign journalists to visit the pirate stronghold of Eyl.
