Severn Trent De Nora, a leading provider of electrolytic disinfection and membrane filtration systems, alongside partner ARDECO, will showcase its line of water and wastewater treatment systems at two international exhibitions in November: ADIPEC (Hall 5, Stand 5210/5220) to be held 10 – 13 November 2014, in Abu Dhabi, UAE; and the 6th Saudi Arabia International Oil & Gas Exhibition (SAOGE 2014) (Booth 316) to be held 24 – 26 November in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The following products will be featured during the shows:

The OMNIPURE™ Series 55 marine sewage treatment system is the only marine sewage treatment system that oxidizes sewage in an electrochemical cell as well as generates sodium hypochlorite for the disinfection of the sewage streams.

Major contract wins this year have included two of the world’s largest offshore drilling contractors.

The SEACLOR® and SANILEC® electrochlorination systems both generate hypochlorite from seawater for biofouling control in power plants, cooling towers, liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals and desalination facilities, as well as coastal installations using seawater for cooling or other process needs all over the world. In the past six months Severn Trent De Nora has won 18 large seawater electrochlorination projects in the Middle East, reinforcing its position as a leader in this market.

The UAT™ seawater desalination membrane filtration systems feature a robust design, enabling them to operate in hazardous environments to effectively produce fresh, treated water, free of particulate matter or contaminants, from a seawater source.

”Severn Trent De Nora’s global experience and electrochlorination technology make us uniquely qualified to address marine and offshore water disinfection needs worldwide,” said Alessandro Meneghini, the company’s sales director for the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. “ADIPEC and SAOGE are perfect forums for us to showcase our leadership and discuss our full range of industry solutions.”
