ACR Electronics Opens Distribution Center in Europe

Global leader in safety and survival technologies, ACR Electronics, Inc., a Drew Marine Company, announces the opening of their new European distribution center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.  ACR is now able to expeditiously serve European customers through their new distribution center with the latest safety and survival products for the marine, outdoor and aviation markets.

The Rotterdam distribution center will support ACR’s expanding business within the European Union. It will serve as the launching pad for growing their worldwide network of dealers, distributors and original equipment manufacturers. ACR’s European distribution center will enable key customers to obtain ACR products in as little as one business day.

ACR’s international headquarters and manufacturing facility remains in the United States of America in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is where over 200 employees come together under the ethos “We design products knowing they are used to save lives.”

ACR stands ready to serve commercial and recreational boater’s safety needs with their suite of marine electronics and survival gear, such as their durable Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRBs) and Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs). Designed to work in concert with their 406 MHz beacons are Search and Rescue Transponders (SARTs), VHF radios, searchlights and rescue strobe lights. All of these products are commonly found on the biggest commercial fishing boats and ships on the waters today.
