Workboat Academy Webinar: Two-Year Mate Apprenticeship Program

On Tuesday, October 15 at 1000 hrs. PDT, the Workboat Academy will offer a free Webinar, presenting information about the two-year Mate apprenticeship program.

The Workboat Academy offers a two year apprenticeship program with alternating seaphases and academic phases on its campuses in Seattle, Baltimore and New Orleans. Cadets are matched with a company and upon successful completion of the Program nearly 90% of the alumni remain with the company they apprenticed with.

The Workboat Academy’s Mate Program was awarded the Trailblazer and Innovator award by the Secretary of Labor in 2012.

This webinar is open to the public. Current candidates are strongly encouraged to attend.
