U.S. Orders SOLASOLV Sunscreens

Solar Solve Marine has recently won two separate contracts for their class approved roller screens for installation at the navigation bridge windows of two U.S. ships.

In June, US Vigor Shipyard ordered a large number of SOLASOLV® screens for ‘Tokitae’ the first of three 144-car ferries for the State of Washington. This was quickly followed by a second contract in July for a large number of SOLASOLV® screens for a Platform Support Vessel being built by BAE in Florida for Jackson Offshore.  The two combined contracts total more than U.S.$30,000 for the South Shields based company.
