Rick Steinberg Gives SALT Talk About Maritime Law and Bankruptcy at Metro Group Maritime

On April 12, 2013, attorney Rick Steinberg visited Metro Group Maritime to discuss the intersection of bankruptcy law and maritime law.

Steinberg is due to return to Metro Group Maritime to address additional topics, including the issue of MQC and dead freight when shippers fail to fulfill a minimum volume agreement.
