Grupoarbulu Acquires NAVTEAM

grupoarbulu, the largest marine electronic group in Spain and one of the largest in Europe, has acquired 100% of the Danish group NAVTEAM A/S, one of the market leaders in marine electronics service for commercial vessels in Denmark and most active worldwide. 

It is with great pride and joy that grupoarbulu and NAVTEAM announce this strategic partnership.

NAVTEAM was founded 1st September 2001 by Jens Byrdal. The shareholding company was established in 2002 together with Sales Manager Johannes Christensen. Going forward the structure and management will remain the same. Jens Byrdal will remain Managing Director and CEO and Johannes Christensen will remain Sales Manager. Both will continue their daily involvement in the company and they are both very excited about joining forces with grupoarbulu.
