Austal: Joint High Speed Vessel (JHSV) Program Update

In recent weeks Austal has achieved a number of significant milestones in the 10 ship Joint High Speed Vessel (JHSV) Program for which it is the Prime Contractor to the United States Navy. 

Austal has:

Officially delivered the second JHSV, USNS Choctaw County, to the United States Navy, exactly six months following the delivery of USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) [Read more]. This followed the successful completion of Acceptance Trials (AT) in the Gulf of Mexico. [Read more]

Successfully completed the launch process of the third Joint High Speed Vessel, the recently christened USNS Millinocket (JHSV 3). [Read more]

Held a keel-laying ceremony for the fourth Joint High Speed Vessel Fall River (JHSV 4). [Read more]
