Watch: Video Bulletin 12 from CHIRP

The CHIRP Charitable Trust, a confidential hazardous incident reporting program, has published Maritime Feedback 53 and its latest video broadcast Bulletin 12.

Feedback 53 is the fourth and final report of 2018 and contains reports on pilot door design, ship/shore interface, collision regulations, fishing vessels and safety awareness.

Video Bulletin 12 deals with topics from Feedback 52 such as expired charts, fishing boat and leisure craft safety.
