Flagship Management Continues Expansion with 2 New Associates
Flagship Management, LLC of Pompano Beach, FL announces the appointment of two new maritime recruitment associates to its practice. Ryan Seron and Brian Cail have joined Flagship at the Pompano Beach, FL headquarters. Ryan and Brian bring strong industry knowledge and previous recruiting experience to the team.
Ryan Seron is a 2009 graduate of the California Maritime Academy and holds a degree in International Maritime Business and Logistics. Ryan’s experience includes working as a ships' agent in the Port of Long Beach; marine environmental response management in San Francisco Bay; and recruiting at one of the nations largest search firms. Ryan has business development and technical sales experience and has consistently been a top producer in his previous sales roles.
Brian Cail is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard where he served both shipboard and shore-side as an Operations Specialist in Miami FL, Portsmouth VA and San Juan PR. He contributed to the coordination of search and rescue missions; tactical law enforcement operations; and vessel boarding’s aboard various commercial ships. After his USCG service, he made a career change into high volume recruitment for a leading sales search firm. In addition, he attends American Military University and is working toward his PHR certification and B.A. degree Human Resources Management.
