Employment Opportunity: Executive Director at Port of Olympia

The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Port. The Executive Director leads all departments, including the marine terminal, airport, engineering, marketing, administration, finance, and Swantown Marina and Boatworks. He/She directs the development of goals, objectives, business plans, budgets and programs for all business units and departments. He/She also develops and maintains positive relations with tenants and customers, labor, unions, and community groups.

The Executive Director oversees a $5.8 million operating budget and 42 full time employees, eight of whom directly report to the Executive Director.

Salary $85,000-$125,000, plus benefits package.
