VETUS has pleasure to present the new VETUS catalogue and price list for 2015. This special edition is thicker than ever, with 345 pages packed full of information and clearly presented in 15 system groups. Once again, the catalogue features many new products.
In a break from tradition, VETUS decided to make the catalogue a bi-annual publication, simply because the VETUS website now attracts more visitors than ever.

Last year VETUS celebrated its 50th anniversary. Vetus started in 1964 as a wholesale business. In constant pursuit of supplying the best solutions to our customers, more and more products were adapted or developed to meet VETUS’ standards. Nowadays over 70 percent of all products are developed and engineered in house.

Vetus uses four core brands: Vetus for various boat systems, Maxwell for anchoring up to and including the Superyacht area, Marex, custom glazing and V-Quipment (a line of complementary traded items).

By working with a very knowledgeable engineering department, universities and partners in the marine sector VETUS is able to create high quality and often innovative products that work together perfectly to form complete on board systems.

The introduction of the new M-line diesel engines September last, the heavy duty waterlock, the new line of bow thrusters and extended runtime bow thruster specifically designed to support joystick docking applications are great examples of the innovative spirit that runs through the VETUS company worldwide.

And more is coming up. In 2015 VETUS again will introduce a number of new innovative products and solutions such as a new line of generators, a new multifunctional tank system, a new flexible coupling, a new toilet series and a new retractable capstan for superyachts.

Although the last years have been difficult in all markets and especially in our industry, VETUS managed to stay operationally profitable and with our latest product introductions and developments and together with Yanmar (VETUS became a member of the Yanmar family in April 2013), we foresee a substantial growth in our market share. The expectation for fiscal year 2015 are robust with a growth plan of 10 percent in sales where already in 2014 double digit growth numbers were achieved in a lot of countries.

At VETUS we want to make boating a carefree enjoyable, relaxing experience, anywhere in the world. Therefore we want to be a world leader in system solutions for pleasure boats and light duty commercial vessels by developing innovative products for boating that are easy to install and to maintain.
