Our client, Nautilus International Holding Corporation (NIHC), is seeking an experienced leader to join their organization in the role of President & CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of NIHC’s long-term strategy, with a view to increasing shareholder value. The President & CEO will act as a direct liaison between the Board of Directors and management, and communicate on behalf of NIHC to shareholders, employees, clients, government authorities, other stakeholders and the public. This leadership role entails ultimate responsibility for all day-to-day management.
The President & CEO will be responsible for the subsidiaries of NIHC, including Metro Ports and Metro Cruise. Metro Ports operates various stevedore and terminal operating companies with multiple locations nationwide, specializing in break-bulk and bulk operations. Metro Cruise provides a breadth of services to the passenger cruise industry, including stevedore services, ship’s agency, ground guest services, special events management, shore excursions and terminal security services.
