PEI TECH Announces Partnership with Marine Offshore Management

PEI is pleased to announce its new partnership with the global leader Marine Offshore Management for representation in the United States.

Putnam holds a Marine Engineering Degree from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.  He is a USCG Licensed First Assistant Engineer of Unlimited Horsepower and sailed deep sea for 10 years onboard LNG, Chemical & Crude Oil Tankers, Bulk Carriers and Container vessels.  For the past 19 years he has been on the commercial side of the industry in technical services, sales and management positions.

MOM, headquartered in London, offer structural integrity solutions, inspections, engineering and management consultancy services. As an SPS licensee, MOM provides complete project management and turnkey project execution to the offshore and maritime sectors with a focus on confined space and difficult access in challenging environments.  SPS is a structural composite used to reinstate and strengthen vessels and offshore assets.  SPS uses existing plating as one side of a sandwich and a new top plate bonded by an elastomer core to form a composite.  The resulting panel fully restores or enhances the strength of the original structure. With no hot work and low heat available repair methods available, MOM is able to offer project solutions which deliver significant schedule and financial savings over conventional approaches.
