NAMEPA Welcomes New Member Detyens Shipyards
Expanding the diversity of membership and the commitment to promote sustainable marine industry best practices
Carleen Lyden-Kluss, Co-Founder and Executive Director of North American Marine Environment Protection Association (NAMEPA) announced that Detyens Shipyards, Inc. has become a new corporate member of NAMEPA. Detyens Shipyards, Inc. is the first Shipyard to become a member of NAMEPA. This reinforces the focus the marine industry has on every level to be proactive in protecting and preserving the marine environment. The marine industry is aware the best avenue to accomplish this goal is to join NAMEPA in our efforts to “Save Our Seas”.
