Laborde Products Named East Coast Distributor for Mitsubishi Marine

Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine America has named Laborde Products the new distributor for the East Coast of the United States for Mitsubishi Marine Engines. Laborde Products is currently the distributor for Gulf Coast, Inland Rivers and Great Lakes regions for Mitsubishi Marine Engines.

Laborde Products has over 20 years of experience developing the Mitsubishi Engine Brand in the United States and has put more than 1100 Mitsubishi engines in service throughout this time. Laborde’s commitment to service and support of their engines has fueled the growth and expansion of the Mitsubishi brand over the last 20 years. Laborde is dedicated to developing partnerships with their operators to maximize the life of the engines while minimizing operating costs.

Mitsubishi Heavy-Duty Marine Engines are simple, mechanically controlled engines that meet the stringent United States EPA Tier 3 and Tier 4 requirements. Mitsubishi has been able to maintain the mechanical nature of these engines, due to superior engineering and a commitment to provide the U.S. mariner with simple engines they can understand and easily maintain.

The Laborde Products Team is excited to expand the scope of their Mitsubishi Marine Business to include the East Coast states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Laborde plans to deploy a similar strategy of customer partnership, direct support and an extensive dealer network throughout the East Coast states to continue their growth of the Mitsubishi Marine Brand.
