Bomin and Matrix Re-locate to New Office in Houston

Following the acquisition of the Bomin International Group of companies by Mabanaft in June 2012, Houston bunker suppliers Matrix Marine Fuels LLC and Bominflot Bunker Oil Corp. are taking the opportunity to move to new office accommodation in downtown Houston.

Effective from June 24^th, 2013, both companies will re-locate to:

 All e-mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers for both companies will remain the same.

Effective from the same date, Bominflot Bunker Oil Corp. will change its name to Bomin Bunker Oil Corp., recognizing the re-branding of the Bomin Group worldwide. Other U.S-based subsidiary companies (Bominflot Inc., and Bominflot Atlantic LLC.) will also reflect this change.

Matrix Marine and Bomin Bunker Oil Corp. are physical suppliers of marine fuels in the cluster of ports in the Houston area (Freeport, TX to Lake Charles, LA range). Together, the companies command a significant market share, with Matrix specializing in ex-pipe deliveries, and Bomin concentrating on barge-supplied deliveries.
