Copenhagen Shipping Exchange Expands Presence in the Americas
Copenhagen Shipping Exchange (CPHSE), a leading software application provider to the shipping industry announced that it is expanding its US presence with the addition of Joseph Benzola as its sales director for North and South America.
Benzola joins CPHSE after nearly two decades servicing the shipping industry. An active member in regional maritime associations, including the Connecticut Maritime Association, Benzola is excited to bring CPHSE’s latest offering, the Skybox™ to the industry. “The Skybox is truly a revolutionary product – one that I believe has the potential to change the way the shipping industry manages its day to day operations,” said Benzola. “It is exciting to be part of something whose potential is limitless.”
The Skybox was introduced in 2010 in Europe and has taken the industry by storm. This proprietary cloud application has the ability to key word search through inbound emails to identify relevant information. “After speaking with key members of the maritime industry we ascertained that their biggest challenge was reading through the thousands of inbound emails to locate relevant information on vessels, cargo and positions,” said Stefan Avivson, CEO of CPHSE. “With the Skybox solution in place, what would normally take hours, now takes minutes.”
Copenhagen Shipping Exchange is currently offering a one month free trial period for the Skybox. This free trial gives any interested company in the shipping industry the opportunity to experience how next generation technology can improve their business.
