WASHINGTON - Ridge Global, an international risk management and security firm led by Tom Ridge, the first U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, and Global Emergency Solutions, a homeland security and emergency management firm, co-founded by former Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Director David Paulison, have formed a strategic partnership to provide integrated emergency planning and response services to government and private sector clients, the two companies announced today.
