Electronic Arrivals & Departments for All Commercial Vessels

All commercial vessels are required to meet the USCG's "Electronic Arrival/Departure Reporting" effective June 6, 2005.

To use InfoPath 2003, you need:

Component Requirement
Computer and processor
Personal computer with an Intel Pentium 233-MHz or faster processor (Pentium III recommended)

Memory: 128 MB of RAM or greater

Hard disk: 100 MB of available hard-disk space; optional installation files cache (recommended) requires an additional 290 MB of available hard-disk space

Display: Super VGA (800 ? 600) or higher-resolution monitor

Operating system: Microsoft Windows? 2000 with Service Pack 3 (SP3) or later, or Windows XP or later

Other: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later is required; Microsoft Windows Server(tm) 2003 running Microsoft Windows SharePoint(tm) Services is required for certain advanced collaboration functionality
