Tuco Marine has recently appointed the Greek based agent, Franman SA, to be exclusive representative for the ProZero boats Series in Greece, Cyprus and Egypt.  Franman SA was founded in 2007 as an agent and distributor of powerboats, engines and marine equipment. Franman SA has since 2010 specialized in the Security and Defence industry.

The ProZero Series are special designed vessels, which includes FRBs, Workboats and Daughter Crafts. The range of vessels for the Defence industry includes Patrol Boats, Interceptors & Workboats.
The ProZero range also serve the offshore windfarm industry, oil & gas, the seismic industry, and as pilot boats with the ProZero Wind Farm craft being the first ever purpose designed Transfer Daughter Craft.

Franman has participated at the Offshore Patrol Vessel Middle East Conference held in Cairo, Egypt on the 3rd and 4th of November 2015. There it was possible for officials from various navies of the African continent to become familiar with ProZero Series boats.

“We are extremely pleased about the new collaboration with Franman, and we do hope that it can develop over the coming years. Franman will be responsible for the sale of ProZero in Greece, Cyprus and Egypt. We are delighted to see Franmans enthusiasm regarding the ProZero boats.” Says Managing Director of Tuco Marine Group ApS, Jonas Pedersen.

The core idea of the ProZero series is to deliver vessels that will are competitive not only when it comes to weight, but also on parameters like delivery time and customization according to customer requirements.
The low weight of the boats will cause a significant reduction in fuel consumption which will again make the emission of both CO2 and NoX lower. At the same time the vessels will have a longer range and will be able to travel with higher speeds. The hull design is based on the well proven and tested hull from Tuco's Guard Series. Tuco has produced and continuously developed the Guard series since 2002.
