Crowley, which has been a leader in the Alaska fuel industry, providing transportation, distribution and sales of petroleum products to more than 280 communities across the state, recently started servicing the Kenai Peninsula. The company now offers convenient, dependable delivery of heating oil, diesel, gasoline and aviation fuel with the same great service and competitive prices it extends to customers around the state.
“Crowley has operated on the Kenai Peninsula for decades, and we’re excited to expand our local operations to support residential and commercial fuel needs," said Russ Taylor, terminal manager. "We feel the Winter Games are a great setting for us to thank the community for its continued support.”
The Peninsula Winter Games was created to provide local youth the opportunity to enjoy sports, games and family friendly events during the winter season. Event highlights include a youth hockey tournament, the Native Youth Olympics (NYO), a massive ice sculpture slide, fireworks and much more.
While the spotlight remains on local youths, the entire community benefits from all of the visitors the Peninsula Winter Games brings to the Kenai Peninsula.
