With a tradition of innovation, Noske-Kaeser is again coming up with an innovative technology: The new CBRN station CBRNflex3600 combines the advantages of the successfully established door station type SLG and the modular station type SLM by Noske-Kaeser. “Current tests with the prototype prove the reduction of needed space and on-site installation time, increased flexibility, high connectivity to the ship’s systems and – consequently – the optimization of costs”, says Jürgen Matthes, General Manager of Noske-Kaeser.

Compact, low maintenance, suitable for extreme ambient conditions

The new CBRNflex3600 integrates all components of a fully-fledged CBRN system in one compact station. The station is equipped with sand filter, blast protection, pre-filter, pre-heater, high-pressure fan, STANAG NATO filters and the necessary controls. Furthermore, the system is connectable to the ship’s IMCS (Integrated Monitoring Control System) and the HVAC control system. CBRNflex3600 will fulfil all necessary requirements for naval application and the corresponding naval requirements by institutions such as MIL, BV or BS. It allows fresh air filtration of up to 3.600 m3/h. The new station is designed to successfully work under rough ambient conditions, especially in extremely hot and cold regions. The selection of high-quality, very resistant materials with a long MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and intelligent service arrangements in the station will ensure that Noske-Kaeser’s state-of-the-art CBRN system is also low maintenance. The company also provides on-site training and the documentation according to the S 1000 D standard.

Tradition of innovation

“We are looking forward to present the new CBRNflex3600 to the market soon. Its development is the result of great teamwork with the impact of all Noske-Kaeser’s profound knowledge in the special field of CBRN technology”, says Joachim Bunnies, Head of Sales at Noske-Kaeser. “After a thorough research of the market, we came up with the initiative to develop a station that would cover all the special needs of our customers for the most modern and effective CBRN solution.“

“Noske-Kaeser has a history of more than 135 years of innovation. We are constantly working to provide our customers with technologies that meet the ever new challenges they are facing”, says Jürgen Matthes and continues: “I would like to thank my team for the great work so far. We are convinced that our customers will benefit from the new CBRNflex3600 and that it will become another success story by Noske-Kaeser.”
