Hutton's West Africa Customers Gain Tax Free Bonus
Hutton’s customers in West Africa look set for a welcome Christmas bonus – with up to a 50% tax saving available to them.
The fast-growing international ship supply group has just completed its company formation customs approval in Luba Freeport, Equatorial Guinea – which makes Hutton’s Remote Site Services, part of the Hutton’s Group, the only tax free ship’s chandler in the region.
Hutton’s Duty Free operation is now operational and will mean up to a 50% tax saving for vessels operating in the area.
Luba Freeport is strategically located on the island of Bioco allowing it to service the growing offshore market in Nigeria and Cameroon.
Hutton’s Group Managing Director Alex Taylor said: “This is an exciting development for us which has taken months of careful planning to achieve and will considerably benefit our customers in West Africa and the growing offshore sector there.”
