Denise Verreault Wins Mercure Leadership Germaine-Gibara

Denise Verreault, President and CEO of Groupe Maritime Verreault, won the Mercure Leadership Germaine-Gibara, in the SME category, at the 34th Mercuriades gala held on April 30 at the Palais des congrès de Montreal. 

This award recognizes the exceptional career of a business woman who is bold and influence and has demonstrated leadership throughout her career and in her industry. This distinction is in addition to the awards already received by Denise Verreault in recent years; “Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal”, "Knight of the Ordre national du Québec" and "Member of the Order of Canada." 

Created and organized by the Federa-tion des chambres de commerce du Québec since 1981, the Mercuriades is the most prestigious business competi-tion in Quebec for celebrating entre-preneurship, success and ambition of local businesses.
