Northeast Ship Repair Appoints Joseph Cartoski

Northeast Ship Repair has appointed Joseph Cartoski to represent their graving docks in Boston and Philadelphia as Director of International Sales.  Mr. Cartoski comes to Northeast with 25 years plus of commercial ship repair management and marketing experience.  Based in Norfolk, Virginia, Joe will call on owners worldwide and throughout the US commercial market.  No stranger to the waterfront, Joe started out on tugs and barges in the Chesapeake and Delaware Bays.  Joe learned the trades performing voyage repairs for ship owners in need of prompt and reliable repairs.  Northeast has begun to develop a commercial ship repair base in both Boston and Philadelphia and will continue to build  on those relationships.
