New Features Added to CHIRP Website

The UK Confidential Reporting Programme for Aviation and Maritime (CHIRP) has updated its website: www.chirpmaritime.org

It is now possible to send confidential reports to CHIRP, including photographs and to read published articles from desktop PC, lap top, mobile phone and tablet. 

Readers can search all of the past 45 editions of Maritime FEEDBACK using keyword searches and/or using the causal factors definitions from "The Human Element" and/or James Reason's "Latent Failures." 

In addition there is easy access to video broadcasts, audio podcasts and all published articles. 

Two short videos has been created to take readers through the revised website and these can be found on the front page banner and in the videos selection.
