Exposure Marine Revolutionary Dive Light

Launching the Sub M3 dive light - robust, switchless and totally ‘hands free’ operation

The new EXPOSURE Sub M3 is an immensely powerful, 1563 lumens, switch-free, compact, primary dive light for night and daytime professional diving work.

More powerful than most primary dive lights, and more compact than many secondary lights, the Sub M3 is an entirely ‘switchless’ torch featuring EXPOSURE’s pioneering ‘Motion Control Technology’ (MCT).

Motion Control Technology means there is no need to remove gloves or ‘feel’ for switches in order to operate the light whilst underwater.  A simple, small clockwise and anti-clockwise movement pattern will switch the light on and off, change power modes and enter and exit travel lock mode.  The travel lock ensures the light cannot be accidentally switched on and drain the batteries.  Give the light several firm taps and it will enter an SOS flashing mode too.

The Sub M3 used with EXPOSURE’s neoprene wrist mount enables entirely hands free operation, allowing you to concentrate on diving and keep your hands free for working.

IPX8 rated to 200m depth, the Sub M3 boasts brilliant outputs and longer burn times than most umbilical packages, providing between two to 18 hours on high or low mode respectively.  At only 116mm long and weighing just 311 grams, it is a fraction of the weight and size too. Powered by high performance LEDs and lithium ion batteries, it has high definition clear white output and an impressive 192m useful ‘beam distance’*.

Housed in a tough, lightweight aluminium body, with marine grade anodising, an integral digital fuel gauge displays remaining burn time, in hours and minutes.  This enables accurate monitoring of dive length, adaptation to the environment, and showing exactly when recharging is needed.   The digital display also indicates power modes, travel mode and rotation recognition, offering valuable feedback.

MCT eliminates the risk of any water ingress and malfunction from salt getting into a mechanical or magnetic switch, which further increases its robustness.

The Sub M3 is rechargeable by USB, and has a gold plated external magnetic charging connection, which is easily cleaned and ensures the unit stays sealed at all times. There is never any requirement to open the torch to remove old batteries, which also prevents damaging or degrading the O-ring seals.

Retailing at £374.99 the EXPOSURE Sub M3 is supplied with a neoprene hand / wrist mount, a wrist lanyard, and both a 240v and a USB charger.
