Seadrill Announces First Quarter 2013 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call Information

Seadrill Limited is scheduled to release its first quarter 2013 results on Tuesday May 28, 2013.

In connection with the earnings release, a conference call/webcast will be held as described below.
