Commander Jérémy Bachelier is a French navy officer in charge of maritime security in South-East Asia Seas (ALPACI) and French liaison officer in the Information Fusion Centre (IFC). Dr. Eric Frécon is an adjunct fellow at the Research Institute for Contemporary South-East Asia (IRASEC) in Bangkok.
