DAVI plate rolls portfolio includes 3 and 4 roll machines (both in horizontal and vertical configuration) with a thickness capacity up to 16” and width up to 40 ft. These machines are suitable for any type of shipbuilding application. Special configuration such as Vertical Press Roll and Pre-Stress Plate Roll are available upon request. DAVI standard solution includes digital ‘Roll by Wire’ (patented) and servotronic parallel system (patented), in order to grant the best result in terms of repeatability and accuracy. DAVI plate roll can be equipped with the most user-friendly automation including DG Gauge radius measurement control capable of supporting the operator on the control of the radius.
DAVI angle rolls portfolio includes 3 and 4 roll machines with a capacity up to 44” for beams, 28” for pipe, 40” for flat bar. These machines are suitable for any type of shipbuilding application including bulb flat up to 430 x 20 either in single or double symmetrical application. DAVI standard solution includes large diameter shafts made of hardened alloy steel, that rotate on self-aligning bearings and grant high resistance, high efficiency and virtually no deflection; three independent hydraulic motors and three high torque planetary drives. DAVI angle rolls can be equipped with the most user-friendly automation including camera system capable of supporting the operator on the control of the radius, the raise and the cord.
