Fassmer Service America LLC Completes Closed Lifeboat Tankers

Fassmer Service America LLC completes construction and sea trials of 4 X CL-T 9.4 (closed lifeboat tanker 9.4 meter) for the USNS Kanawha.  They are 69 passenger lifeboats equipped with a sprinkler system and internal air supply for operation through burning oil.   It also is constructed from self-extinguishing GRP material.  This is the first of 4 options for MSC T-AO fleet.  These boats will depart this week for Charleston SC ammunition dept.
