NYMAR and NASDAQ OMX Event to Feature Corporate Governance Issues
Prominent Industry Leaders Voice Opinions on Effectiveness and Future
NYMAR (New York Maritime Inc.) and NASDAQ OMX will host a seminar addressing Corporate Governance Issues on September 7th. It will be held at NASDAQ’s Times Square Headquarters immediately following the ringing of the closing bell by NYMAR at 4:00PM. The event is being sponsored by Seward & Kissel.
The seminar will be moderated by Seward & Kissel partner Larry Rutkowski (pictured) and will feature industry notables including Edward S.
