DOT Alert: August 31st Deadline Looms Large on the RADAR

August 31, 2009: Mandatory Direct Observation Collections for DOT Return-to-Duty and Follow-Up Testing. New downloadable documents available.

In just three weeks, Direct Observation for all DOT Return-to-Duty and Follow-Up drug testing becomes mandatory rather than remain an employer’s option. Please remember that Monday, August 31, 2009, is the effective date.
